FREQUENT QUESTIONS
What is the difference between Society and Polymer Week Magazine?
Both projects are completely separate and different in terms of their content.
As a member of the Society, you get unlimited access to all the content that is and will be uploaded to our website including an ever-growing selection of online classes, tutorials, live events, and much more.
Polymer Week Magazine is created with original content full of tutorials, articles, and interviews. Polymer Week is published several times a year in paper and digital versions. You can find all digital issues as well as current and many previous printed issues in our online store.
How often is Polymer Week Magazine published?
We typically publish Polymer Week Magazine three or four times a year. However, occasionally we have to skip a number due to bigger projects we are working on.
Where is the magazine produced and who is behind the process?
Our magazine is created and published in the heart of Europe, the Czech Republic by Lucy Štruncová and her team.
How was the name of Polymer Week chosen?
The name has been established by the first polymer event Lucy organized in the Czech Republic in 2017. The name Polymer Week was derived from a week-long event full of workshops and courses with world-class teachers. As a surprise for the participants, a magazine with the same name has been presented and soon became very successful and started to be published regularly.
Is it possible to be part of the magazine?
Yes, we love to support both young and established artists. Simply email us at support@polymerweek.com with information about yourself and your work, a link to a website or social media, and plenty of photos. Please also send us a proposal for collaboration. The authors have enough room to write an engaging article, interview, or tutorial. We look forward to hearing from you!
Where can I buy the Polymer Week magazine? Is it also available in newsagents or other shops?
The magazine can be purchased online at polymerweek.com, or through several distributors in different countries (France, Australia, and Japan...). Since it is a narrowly specialized project, it is not possible to distribute it at newsstands or shops.
How can I pay for my order in the online store?
If you decide to buy any goods in our online store, we offer payment via PayPal, a credit card, or bank transfer.
How will the magazine be delivered to me?
The shipping company we use is determined by the size of the shipment we send to you and its destination. We collaborate with TNT/FedEx, Czech Post, and USA national post.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery of our packages is determined by the destination country. We make every effort to get the goods to our customers as soon as possible. The time range is roughly from 3 to 10 days.
Is it also possible to purchase an electronic version of the magazine?
Yes, in addition to the printed version of magazines and books, we also sell a digital version, but it cannot be printed. This version is suitable for all enthusiasts who prefer to use a tablet or laptop instead of carrying printed magazines. After purchase, you will receive a PDF file with the maximum resolution.
I have ordered the electronic version but I still haven’t received it. What shall I do?
Please contact us at support@polymerweek.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve your issue.
I have an electronic version of the magazine saved on my computer but cannot print it, is it possible?
The magazine's electronic versions cannot be printed or distributed in any other way. Polymer Week Magazine began as a printed publication. We take pride in all aspects of quality, therefore we aim to retain the printed magazine in its original and high-quality form.
